Traditional Properties, LP

Traditional Properties, LP was started in 2001 by Ed and Greg Morris. The company was initially focused on providing quick delivery single family homes in mature markets such as Radnor, Lower Merion and Tredyffrin Townships, among others. The award-winning Cottesmore enclave in Haverford (in cooperation with Manchester/Hall Builders) has become a signature project.
